Beacon Development Company specializes in the niche market of developing high-income producing hotel properties on golf courses and other sites located in high-density, commercially active areas, most desirable for the development of nationally recognized franchised hotels.
This niche allows us to target the business traveler during the week, as well as the leisure traveler on weekends. Our sites are located within close proximity to major room night generators such as, colleges and universities, medical centers, airports, sports complexes, corporate office parks and high-density retail shopping centers with restaurants.
One of our primary strategies is to develop hotels on existing golf courses, which enables our guests to enjoy amenities rarely found in select service hotels. The guests will enjoy the golf course facilities, clubhouse, restaurant, lounge, and meeting space. This atmosphere gives our guests a wonderful place to relax after work and entertain clients.
By placing hotels on existing golf courses, we offer the amenities of a full service hotel at the development cost of a select service hotels.
We have a great deal of experience developing public / private partnerships, and the majority of our development opportunities focus on municipal and government owned locations.
